Case Study

A 100-unit residential building with one and two bedroom apartments will be punchlisted. Once the owner accepts the building, the building will be rented out.

Below are basic assumptions in determining the cost of punchlisting the job manually versus using the Punchlister. These calculations assume the office overhead as negligible even though in reality the delay of the job results in additional overhead cost.

Similarly this case does not take into account the reputation factor stemming from good quality. The quality is one of the parameters playing an important role in making a decision who will be building the next project.
